Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Dragon Awakenings 1. Session Booking & Payment All numerology, Reiki, and Akashic Records sessions must be booked in advance via online booking system or through direct contact. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. In the rare case that I need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time slot or a full refund. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show. 4. Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable unless canceled by Dragon Awakenings. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your session to someone else (with prior notice). 5. Online Sessions For virtual numerology, past life regression and reiki sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. A Zoom link will be sent upon booking confirmation. 6. Changes & Additional Questions If you need to update your details (e.g., birth date, full name) after booking, please notify me within 24 hours. If you have additional questions after receiving your reading, follow-up sessions or clarifications may be offered at an additional cost. 7. Disclaimer Sessions are intended for spiritual and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
