If you have been attuned to Reiki 1 before but feel like you’re missing the depth and more information, this course is also for you.
This Reiki Level I training is a sacred invitation to return home to yourself, to rediscover the stillness, safety, and wisdom that already live within your body. Guided by Certified Reiki Master & Teacher with MA in Psychology, this course blends traditional Usui Reiki with a trauma-informed and embodied approach, where energy work meets nervous system awareness.
You’ll receive your first Reiki attunement, learn the foundations of energy anatomy, and begin using Reiki as a tool for self-healing, grounding, and emotional regulation.
